Wayfa provides a collaborative workspace for group travel planning, including trips, links, polls, itineraries, tasks, notes, and expense tracking. Features may change over time.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to consent to these terms in your jurisdiction.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Wayfa a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate the service for you and your trip members. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive material.

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, scrape the platform, or use automated means to manipulate ads or trip data.

Wayfa is supported by advertising. By using the service you agree that we may display advertisements, including through Google AdSense, and that advertising cookies may be used as described in our Privacy Policy. Ads are part of the free service experience.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that planning outcomes will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wayfa and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

You may delete your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if required for security or legal reasons.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page. Continued use after changes become effective requires your acceptance of the updated terms when prompted.
